The Familiar

     It feels good to put on a favorite sweatshirt and to simply cuddle by the fire with a hot chocolate (Mixed with french vanilla creamer) and a good book or album.

     Well, I'm not able to do just that right now, but I almost have that same feeling. I'm currently working one of my favorite live shows of the year. It feels so good to no longer be the "New Kid" backstage.

     There is truly something to be said for paying your dues.
