Is it true?...

     I mean, is it a hard and fast rule, that when a guy likes a girl, he most definitely lets the girl know point blank? 

     I've subscribed to this core value my entire life. And years ago I wrote a blog post ("Mixed Signals = No Signal") about how a man's indifference or lack to state a feeling, is... an actuality a very firm choice he's making in front of you.
